My Coaching Story

After spending most of my career identifying top talent for companies, I have transitioned to sharing that expertise with job seekers to help them fulfill their career aspirations and live their best life. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-awareness by helping clients identify what careers will make them happy and match their life goals; help them build the confidence, provide necessary tools, guidance and support so that they can overcome obstacles for achieving those goals.  I hold my Master's Degree in Human Resources; IAP Career Coach Certification; Career Coaching: Life Coach Certification (Accredited) and  experience in executive search consulting, corporate recruiting, college and MBA recruiting, small business recruiting and consulting.
